I feel like something needs to be posted here in case I lose this... enthusiasm.
I just want to say that Jesus Christ is truly and indeed my all in all. Without Him I can do nothing, I have nothing, I will be nothing, whatever has been has been for nothing - Without Him I AM nothing.
On my own, I am a creation that is naturally evil, rebelling against my Creator. My whole being has been laced with sin and I have nothing to show for myself - except that I can sin, and do really good in sinning. Even if somehow I try to go through a day without sinning, it will be utterly impossible. Since the day I was born my heart has been tainted with indwelling sin.
With this sin I was born with, I cannot hope to exist for the smallest amount of time before the presence of an absolutely holy Yahweh Elohim, God of Israel, God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. He is the mighty, holy, and glorious Creator of the Universe. He is good (Mark 10:18), and He is just (2 Thessalonians 1:6).
Satan is translated as, "the accuser"; he accuses because he committed the very first sin: pride. He was created as such a glorious being, yet his heart became filled with pride. God created the angel Lucifer, but Lucifer became Satan because of his sin. He has, is, and will accuse us to fall into sin to get as many as he can to join him in judgment.
Hell is real. Hell was not created for man, but for Satan and all who rebelled against God. Hell is described as the absolute worst place to be in, not just because of the great pain and suffering, not just because of the endless fire and brimstone, but because being in hell is being in absolute separation from God and all that is good. Hell is a totally hopeless place.
Jesus Christ, Yeshua Ha'Mashiach, is only begotten Son of God, the Lamb who was slain, Faithful and True. He was born of a virgin, conceived by the Holy Spirit. He was the only sinless man born into this world. He lived as one of us, He ate like we ate, laughed like we laughed, and though He was faced with 3 of the most powerful temptations the devil himself can give, He did not sin. He came to present the futility of religion and the hope of reconciliation with our God through Him. Many believed, yet there were those who cared for other things, and still others that hated Him enough to conspire against Him. Eventually He was betrayed by one in His inner circle, falsely accused and sentenced to suffer hate-filled torture and a sadistic, humiliating and utterly painful crucifixion. He suffered all this and the worst punishment of all - separation from God the Father.
On the third day He returned to the world alive, victorious over death and the grave. He rose to the heavens, but not before showing Himself to key people. He rose with the promise that He will send us a Comforter who will lead us into all truth.
The Holy Spirit convicts those who do not believe in Jesus Christ of their sin, and He convicts those who believe in Jesus Christ of the righteousness they have in Him. It is not God's Will that anyone should perish in the second death (Hell), and the Holy Spirit carries out God's Will. We cannot amount to anything without having the Holy Spirit through Jesus Christ. We overcome this world not by our own might, but by the Holy Spirit, who leads us into all truth and gives us power, love, and sound judgment. We should always be guided and driven by the Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ is seated at the right hand of God the Father, and He is coming back again to deliver absolute vindication. On that day we will all be judged, and we will enter into the joy of the Lord through Jesus Christ, or we will be cast into the lake of fire with all who have rejected Him.
Jesus Christ is the only way we can be saved from hell. Trusting in Him will be the best decision we will ever make in this life.
He is the only hope I have. He is the only hope any one can ever have.
Trust in Jesus Christ. Believe in Jesus Christ.
