Slightly related to the previous article, it is quite a feat to accomplish something quicker and with better quality for a loved one as compared to accomplishing something slower and with questionable quality for the money.
If ever you decide to make small attempts to set yourself free from what work does to you, or if you just want to cook for someone you love, please try this dish.
Pollo linguine alla aglio besciamella
2 Cans of Chicken Chunks/1 Large Pack of KFC Fun/Hot/Extreme Hot Shots
1 Bag of Linguine
Garlic, finely chopped
Parsley, chopped and separated into two parts
Parmesan cheese, grated
Milk
Butter
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Italian Seasoning
Halve the linguine noodles if preferred, and place the noodles in a pot of boiling water, seasoned with some salt. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce: Mix flour, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning into one bowl. Slowly melt butter in a deep cooking pan; once butter is melted, spoon garlic and half of the parsley into pan as liquid heats up. While stirring, sprinkle powder mixture gradually on butter, until mixture has a sandy yet still liquid consistency. Slowly pour milk in portions into pan, stirring vigorously while incorporating the butter mixture with the milk. Continue adding milk until you almost reach the desired thickness; Stir in half a cup of the water where the linguine is cooking to the sauce. Heat the sauce for an additional minute and add chicken. Cook for another minute and toss pasta into the sauce. Mix throughly and serve the pasta in a bowl, topped with parmesan and the rest of the parsley. Have some salad and apple juice or white wine ready on the side.
Have some chamomile tea ready for afters.:D
