Never a dull moment here in Manila, indeed. Yesterday we all came home from Ortigas, and when we went in our cousins were watching the news about a bomb that exploded inside a bus over at the MRT overpass thingy at Makati. This, according to the news, was 1 of 3 simultaneous bombings (the other one was in Davao, and God knows where the other one was) which were meant to be a 'gift' from the supporters of Nur Misuari to our Beloved (Kim Jong Il Beloved) President. This 'gift' was in response to the successful routing and besieging of Nur's more extreme (guerilla) loyalists somewhere in the woods of Sulu. That's enough reason to be pissed, right? Wrong. About 10 minutes ago I came home and saw protesters on the news holding up signs condemning the violence in Sulu and blaming our Beloved President for incompetence.
First things first. Apparently the word 'innocent civilians' is not in the dictionary of these people who make these bombs and planning their deployment. I cannot bring myself to understand how placing a fragmentation bomb in a bus full of people who have to work eight to five jobs (read: PEOPLE WITH THEIR OWN DAMN PROBLEMS) would help their cause. They say it's consequence for the killing of their comrades over at Sulu? Why don't they target their attacks(sic) there?
They say it's for greater glory of Allah? I'm no Koran scholar, but you cannot sway the hearts and minds of the common people (unfortunately dominant in this country) if you keep pissing them off. The only way to silence a fervent heart against such a cowardly and dishonorable attack is to kill it. I don't care how many fucking 'terror cells' you pussies have, we still outnumber you dumbasses, 250 fervent hearts to one. Do you know what 250 pissed off people can do to you?
I'm veering a bit off track there. Picture it this way instead: what would 250 Holyfield fans have done to an openly adamant and hostile supporter of Tyson, or Tyson himself, when he bit his ear off? They would have dragged, beaten, punched, kicked, thrown, whaled, and whacked the living tar out of him. Why? Because what he did was a CHEAPSHOT. That's what that bombing was. A fucking cheapshot.
And thank God that cheapshots aren't the 'in' thing now. Many people I know still hate Ric Flair.
Now about those protesters. A little logic first: The Filipino eats rice. The Filipino also has his own problems. Our President eats rice (well, she used to). Ergo, Our President is a Filipino. Ergo, OUR PRESIDENT HAS HER OWN FUCKING PROBLEMS. Dammit, I don't even NEED logic and reasoning to point out that it's HARD to manage a country while stealing from it, and it's HARDER to do it while having to deal with STUPID people who think they can do a better job than her (Well, just the 'running the country' part anyway).

Let me handle that before I contradict myself. For the world, I'm a kid with attitude problems and lust issues. I'm trying, with every day that I breathe, to be the man God wants me to be. And you protesters and rebels have splinters in your eyes. I'm sure you're all old enough to wipe them off on your own.
Besides, somewhere in the Bible it also says that rebellion is a grave sin equivalent to witchcraft. Somewhere in Leviticus God decreed that witches were to be taken out of the camp and stoned to death. And God never retired, nor will He. He is alive.
