Our Personal Savior

About this whole '500 Words A Day' thing... does it count if I post on my other blog?

Not that I don't have something to share right now, though it may just be a tad shorter than 500 words.

It's a simple point. The love of Jesus Christ, the love of God, it is everlasting. It is for everybody - His love is freely available for each and every one of us! None of us are exempted from this love because it's not who we are and/or what we've done that is the basis of if He loves us or not; no, this is love - that while we were yet sinners, Christ came and died for us, the only begotten Son sent by the Father, that whosoever believes shall not die but have everlasting life!

His love is wide, and His love is deep - so deep that it reaches down to the core of each and every man, woman and child that has ever lived!

He didn't say 'I love you all' in a general manner for each and every one of us to understand - no, He told the paralyzed man who was lowered from a hole in the ceiling, 'Your sins are forgiven'... To Zacchaeus, He said, 'I must dine with you today!'... To the woman accused of adultery, He asked, 'Woman, where are your accusers?'

He loves us all so much that He approaches us, deals with us in the best way. His love is wide, and deep, and personal. It is our prayer that you would know His personal love for you today.

God bless you.
