There is much reason to fret, there is plenty cause to toss and turn in our beds, when faced with the truth of the struggles and trials we have in this world. I am not about to encourage doubt that the problems of life exist. They are there.
But, truth also be told, God's love is always present, not because of anything we have done, but because of what Christ has done for each and every man and woman who has walked this earth.
It is my prayer that we face the truth of the issues we have, confident in the only Truth that literally overcame this world and all its methods - the Truth, who is also the Way, and the Life - He is Jesus Christ.
" In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”
- John 16:33
No matter how high the mountains seem to be, no matter how deep the pain cuts, be of good cheer! Be of good cheer, take heart, for our Redeemer has overcome! It is because of Christ that the time I was accustomed to spend in worry and frustration is now used for better things.
Let us all be launched in the peace that we have in Christ, who has overcome the issues that we face. It is my prayer that as we take step after step in this world, that our entire beings continue to embrace and project the reality of our freedom in Christ.
