Pressing on in the fear of the Lord - respecting who He is - is important to keep in our heart for us to keep going.
Fearing the LORD leads to life, and one who does so will live satisfied; he will not be afflicted by calamity. -Proverbs 19:23
We must always remember not to get ahead of ourselves when it comes to our activities; what is best is to approach the LORD, raising what we want to do to Him, knowing it is His Word that stands.
There are many plans in a person's mind, but it is the counsel of the LORD which will stand. -Proverbs 19:21
It is not good to assume that we know enough. We press on in the fear of the LORD, constantly keeping our ears tuned in to what the Holy Spirit has to say.
If you stop listening to instruction, my child, you will stray from the words of knowledge. -Proverbs 19:27
Wisdom establishes us. Wisdom sustains us. Wisdom leads us. The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom.
Let us keep establishing ourselves every time we wake up to a new day - we may not know what lies ahead but our desire to seek and stay in the presence of the LORD is what needs to be satisfied first. We must start in Him.
