Beyond the Cross is Christ

B.C. :
Hey, did you see that?

Peter: See what?

B.C. : That star made a shadow!

Peter: Don't be ridiculous.

Peter: The only way it can do that, is if something brighter than the star, is behind the star!

B.C. : Like what?

Peter: A sun, maybe.

B.C. : A son...?

Prayer involves praise. You can't have prayer without praise. Praise brings you into the Lord's presence and away from thinking about anything else. Praise takes you from the outer court into the Holy of Holies.

Any sort of relationship is improved and edified through love through communication. Prayer is communicating with God. Communicating involves listening as much as, if not more than talking.

As I was wrapping up my praying this morning, I just looked at the floor and I saw this picture formed by the tiles.

I think that iPhones are really nice to have. This shot
was taken with one, and then subsequently edited
with the SwankoLab and Photoshop Express apps. The
shot reminded me of the strip whose text you see at the
beginning of this article.

Then a thought came to me. "Find the cross in everything you see. Find Christ in everything."

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.

Romans 8:28

God communicates through pictures, too.

Whenever we hit the floor, remember that God is still there. In our success, God is there. In our failure, God is there. In these times, these trying times, God is there. Always there.

Keep praying and keep the faith. God wants to talk to you too.

To God be the glory. God bless you.
